Northwest New Mexico EMCOMM Group is a volunteer team of amateur radio operators and technical professionals serving rural communities in the Four Corners region. The group supports emergency readiness, digital communication skills, and open access training for local operators.

The project installs a Winlink RMS and VARA FM digipeater backed by Starlink to provide dependable digital messaging where infrastructure is limited. The work includes system testing, tower and power installation, Starlink integration, and on-air training.
