The Trilogy Amateur Radio Club supports amateur operators and local emergency communication efforts across East Pierce County. The club partners with Pierce County ARES District 5, maintains radio equipment for community use, and provides communications for events, training, and public safety exercises.

With the awarded funding, the club will install a new VHF repeater that fills long standing coverage gaps and improves reliability for both routine and emergency communication. The system strengthens ARES operations during severe weather and outages and gives local operators a clearer, more dependable signal.
