Randolph Central School Corporation will use amateur radio to give students hands-on experience with high-altitude ballooning and telemetry. Students will build, test, launch, and track balloon payloads while connecting classroom lessons to real flight data.

With this grant, students will use balloons, amateur radio trackers, and related payload materials. They will monitor flights and study altitude, atmospheric conditions, and tracking performance. The project will also include outreach through school clubs, presentations, and a public launch event.
